Fabrix is bringing forward proposals for a high-quality, sustainable redevelopment of the site, breathing life back into a building which has lain largely empty for some time.
Over recent months, we have been engaging with local residents and community groups on our ideas for the future of the site to ensure our proposals respond to what local people say Walworth needs. We are grateful to all who have shared their feedback throughout the process so far.
We recently hosted a final drop-in session on site on Tuesday 5th December, 3:30pm – 7pm to showcase and discuss our developed proposals. The information used at these events can be found on our Consultation page.
Please do explore our proposals and leave your feedback via the Have Your Say tab, which will help us to finalise the proposals ahead of submission to Southwark Council.
Should you have any questions or comments in the meantime, please do get in touch with us by emailing contact@chatelainhouse.co.uk.
